Terms and Conditions 

1.Please note that rates are VAT exclusive. Add 14% for VAT.

2.Renters and authorized drivers must be at least 23 years old and able to produce a current unendorsed drivers license held for at least 2 years.

3.All rates include maintenance but do not include petrol.

4.Rates and conditions are subject to alteration without prior notice and vehicles are rented subject to our standard rental agreement.

5.We honour all major credit and charge cards.

6.Distance is calculated from depot to depot.

7.Extension of rental : if extension of rental beyond the original return date is required, All Seasons Car Rental must be notified immediately. Failure to do so may mean that the renter is driving the vehicle without collision damage / theft cover and without lawful permission.

8.Personal accident insurance (P.A.I.). P.A.I. is available at premium ofR8 per day regardless of the vehicle category. Benefits are R15 000 cover for the driver towards death or hospitalization costs per incident. Passengers can be covered for an additional premium of R3 per vehicle.

9.Collision damage waiver excess; (CDW) excess will apply in the event of an accident. fire or theft of a rented vehicle where insurance is taken. Excesses can only be waived if the client produces proof of own insurance.

10.All speedometers are sealed. If they are found to have been tampered with, a minimum of 1000 Kilometres per day will be charged per day at our daily rate.

11.All accidents on gravel roads will automatically double the excess applicable.

12.All accidents to be reported to the S. A. Police on Tel. 10111.

13.All mechanical failures to be reported on our 24 hour hotline; 082 679 7415.

14.Minimum rental charge is 24 hours.

15.Written authorization from All Seasons Car Rental is required before vehicle leave the province of origin and no vehicles are permitted beyond our national borders.

16.Damaged or stolen tyres, trims and all glass will be replaced at the renter's cost irrespective of whichever insurance is taken.
