The Cape is renowned the world over for its wide variety of delicious fruit .As early as the 17th. Century people discovered that the Capes fertile soil temperate climate and abundance of sunshine combine to produce fruit of exceptional taste and quality.

Worcester/Rawsonville
The area around Worcester is dominated by wine producing vineyards .We will visit Kleinplasie ,an open air museum where the past comes alive ,revealing the details if farming of bygone days .Near Kleinplasie is the KWV brandy cellar, the largest of its kind in the world.
Robertson
Robertson is known for its abundance of apricots ,peaches ,nectarines and grapes but is also famous for its fine wines and for racehorses bred on the local stud farms.
Bonnievale
Have the largest cheese factory in the southern hemisphere.
Ashton
The home of juicy canned fruit .Two factories in the town are responsible for canning the thousands of tons of yellow clingstone peaches produced in the Breede River Valley and Little Karoo.
Montagu
Famous for its healing hot springs ,apricots ,peaches and nectarines.
From Montagu one can travel over Burgers Pass to the Koo Valley ,which have become famous for its tractor rides to the top of the Langeberg Mountains.
Hex River Valley
No matter what the season may be ,this valley is always beautiful .The summers are lush and green ,while in autumn the vineyards are aflame with rich reds ,oranges and shades of brown.3500 Hectares of vineyard produce more than 50% of South Africas popular export table grapes.
Barlinka is the valleys most famous grape variety and it has carried the valleys flag on the worlds markets for many years.
